Millet and District Museum and Exhibit Room

Program Title: Canada's Role in the World Wars

Category: Social Studies

Grade Levels: Grade 5

Program Outline: Students will learn how Canada helped Britain with the war and how Millet contributed to the war effort as well.

Program Duration: 1 hour

Availability: October 5 to November 15, Weekdays, 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m.

Cost of Program: $1.00 per student with a minimum of $20.00

Maximum Group Size: 30 students

Adult/Student Ratio: A minimum of 4 adults per group.

Program Materials: A Resource Guide is sent to the school upon receipt of the $20.00 booking deposit.

Pre/Post Trip Materials: The Resource Guide contains all pre- and post-field study requirements.

Booking Requirements: When booking please provide information on school name, address, phone number, teacher name, grade, tentative dates, and number of students.
